Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Reelnraw. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
Gift cards - Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Start a Return
- Step 1 — Email us at support@reelnraw.com with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Step 2 — Include the following in your email:
Your full name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items) - Step 3 — Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Step 4 — Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
If your return is rejected:
- We will notify you by email with the reason
- The item will be shipped back to you at your expense
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the correct item
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reelnraw.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the damage or issue
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.
6. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. Reelnraw is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of our approval email, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
- Contact your bank — it may take additional time to post
If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@reelnraw.com and we will investigate immediately.
8. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at support@reelnraw.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead follow the return process after receiving the item.
